Job summary

AMD is seeking a role bridging software, hardware, and developer experience in Belfast. You will work with product engineering, field teams, and customers to enable powerful Vitis workflows and adaptive computing solutions.

Responsibilities include creating tutorials and demos, shaping developer enablement, and gathering feedback to influence roadmaps while staying current with FPGA/SoC and AI-driven trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Hands-on project experience in software, embedded systems or FPGA/SoC design.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between customers, field teams, and product engineering for Vitis software toolchains and embedded system workflows.
• Develop and maintain tutorials, demos, and collateral to showcase Vitis capabilities and new features.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define solution patterns and enablement strategies.
• Support customers in designing, prototyping, and optimizing apps using Vitis and AMD platforms.
• Contribute to developer enablement via training materials and onboarding resources.
• Provide structured feedback from customer engagements to influence product roadmap and GTM strategies.
• Stay current with trends in embedded systems, toolchains, FPGA/SoC development, and AI-driven workflows.
