Qualifications

• Excellence in FPGA design flows from RTL to device programming.
• Strong Tcl scripting to automate EDA tool workflows.
• Experience with IP integration concepts such as IP Integrator, packaging, and catalog systems.
• Broad understanding of the full FPGA/ASIC design process and tool flows.
• Experience in design analysis, experimentation, and methodology.
• Hands-on use of AI agents to automate engineering workflows.
• Ability to resolve complex system-level issues with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of working with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable sales with pre-sales support for new features and post-sales training.
• Create training materials, tutorials, guides, demos, and example designs.
• Define best-in-class development flows and methodologies for AMD FPGA/Adaptive SoC tools.
• Coordinate collateral and messaging with the outbound team for tool areas.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers to drive tool feature adoption.
• Explain complex topics clearly to field and customers, outlining options and tradeoffs.
• Incorporate customer feedback to guide feature changes with planning teams.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise and serve as a technical resource for escalations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
