Job summary

House & Garden, part of Condé Nast, is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to lead our day-to-day social presence and grow our audiences across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

You’ll work with editors and strategy to turn editorial content into platform-native storytelling, shaping how House & Garden looks and feels online and developing new ways to deepen engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience turning editorial content into platform-native stories for multiple social channels.
• Proven ability to grow audiences and engagement for premium editorial brands.
• Excellent copywriting and editorial judgement for social formats.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day social publishing, scheduling and optimisation across key platforms.
• Report on performance by platform, format and content type with clear recommendations.
• Develop content pillars and recurring social franchises for a consistent, engaging mix.
• Select, edit and adapt photography, video and assets for different platforms.
• Help evolve House & Garden’s visual identity across social, focusing on photography and aesthetics.
• Build and manage the social content calendar around editorial priorities and events.
