Job summary

AWWG is seeking a creative Corporate Visual Merchandiser to define and implement the brand’s visual identity across all retail channels. You will develop corporate visual standards, translate fashion trends into commercial concepts, and ensure consistency at every point of sale.

Collaboration with Marketing, Product, Buying and Retail teams is key, plus analysing sales trends to optimise presentation and drive results.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture/Interior/Industrial Design or Visual Merchandising.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and manuals to ensure consistency across all stores.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Buying, and Retail teams to support launches and promotions.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize visual presentation and drive commercial results.
  • Train, guide, and support store teams to ensure correct execution of visual standards.
  • Define and execute the global Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Ensure product launches, storytelling, and campaigns are communicated clearly at point of sale.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Buying, and Retail teams to support launches and promotions.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize visual presentation and drive commercial results.
  • Train, guide, and support store teams to ensure correct execution of visual standards.
  • Define and execute the global Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Ensure product launches, storytelling, and campaigns are communicated clearly, impactfully, and consistently at point of sale

Requirements:
Required Skills
  • University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Visual Merchandising, or similar.
