Pertemps Plymouth is recruiting a Visual Merchandising Planner to design engaging store layouts that maximise product visibility and drive sales. You will turn data insights into practical merchandising plans and collaborate with multiple teams to execute successful layouts.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, and experienced in retail merchandising with strong communication skills. The role is based in Plymouth and involves occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and planograms.
• Strong MS Office and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and communicate planograms and merchandising guides to support sales growth.
• Produce detailed merchandising packs for store teams to implement.
• Utilise space planning tools and data insights to create effective store layouts.
• Collaborate with Buying, Floor Planning, and Data Analytics teams for execution.
• Maintain and update merchandising plans across departments.
• Support store reviews and occasional new store openings through site visits.
• Deliver accurate merchandising guides with attention to detail.
