Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking Retail Specialists to visit retail stores and transform product displays into captivating experiences that delight customers and drive sales. You will craft visually appealing presentations according to client briefs to ensure merchandise shines.

The role requires strong communication with store staff, ability to manage planograms, and quick adaptation to changing priorities. You will monitor stock, report outcomes, and strive to meet KPI targets set by SIG.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with in-store teams
• Strong eye for detail to ensure planograms are followed
• Experience in retail or field marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with retailers to achieve client objectives and influence store sales
• Communicate objectives to store staff and review changes and future action plans
• Ensure products are displayed and merchandised according to planograms
• Identify and fix stock availability issues and maximise POS display to boost sales
• May store a small amount of stock and equipment at home for work use
• Adapt to change and deliver results proactively
• Work to KPIs set by SIG clients to improve personal and team performance
