Job summary

Hallmark UK & Ireland is seeking a Visual Merchandiser (Planner) to drive customer‑focused range builds at store level across formats. You will work with Product & Range Managers and commercial teams to prepare and execute range plans, set up systems, and support store planning activity.

You will ensure stores are visually consistent, compliant and ready to trade through data‑led insight and strong operational support, enabling effective store execution and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with large datasets and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Familiarity with Card Manager or similar planning tools.
• Strong systems capability and problem solving.
• Experience in administrative or planning roles with deadlines.
• Attention to detail and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Understand retailer strategy, creative vision and KPIs; translate ranging into store planograms.
• Use planning software to execute planograms and cascading ranges.
• Build range plans from product ranking for different formats and channels.
• Load and maintain store plans, planograms and stock allocations.
• Support store refits, fixture changes and new launches with accurate docs.
• Keep planogram data up to date through product lifecycle.
• Produce weekly and ad-hoc reports to support decision making.
• Adjust planograms to optimise stock availability and performance.
• Translate store plans for third‑party merchandisers and partners.
• Maintain libraries, POS matrices and image banks; resolve inaccuracies.
