Job summary

ME+EM is a fast-growing luxury fashion brand with a vibrant UK presence and expanding international stores. We seek a VM Manager to lead VM implementation across UK and ROW, setting guidelines, coordinating seasonal activations, and driving engaging head-to-toe styling that aligns with brand pillars.

The role requires overseeing VM projects, collaborating with Merchandising and Head of Visual, and traveling to regional stores to ensure consistent in-store experiences that reflect ME+EM’s luxury

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial VM role within women's contemporary/luxury fashion.
• Experience with window styling and creative treatments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel across UK & ROW for VM updates and store openings.

Responsibilities

• Create VM guidelines for each product drop across UK/ROW stores.
• Attend monthly range meetings with Merchandising to decide store ranges.
• Set up monthly Head Office Concept Store layouts with upcoming drops.
• Lead monthly VM floor refreshes across multi-site locations in the UK.
