Visual Merchandising Manager - LUXE Division

I am a Visual Merchandising Manager with proven experience and successes in the same or similar field. I strategically lead visual merchandising initiatives to achieve retail excellence in-store, creating customer-centric experiences that enhance the brand image of LUXE. I strive for exceptional performance and always deliver excellent results.

A Day in the Life
  1. POE (Point of Experience) Support: Manage the implementation of in-store activations. Ensure that the brand's image standards/guidelines are met and that O+O customer experiences seamlessly link to each other.
  2. New Stores & Refits: Modify POS navigation to align with brand strategy. Coordinate logistics for new store openings and refurbishments, including ordering POS, testers, and visuals.
  3. Building & Maintaining Key VM Databases: Ensure the lightbox database and VM counter master plan are always up to date.
  4. VM Calendar: Strategically manage the VM calendar, including lightbox and visual calendar. Communicate POS OCDs (On Counter Dates) and provide updates for each launch.
  5. Excellence: Challenge the status quo to deliver the best experience for UK customers.
  6. Project Management: Effectively manage projects and budgets, maintaining a cost-conscious mindset.
  7. Supplier Relationships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure correct installation of animations and timely updates for all stores.
  8. Cost Control: Control and manage VM costs for both brands, preventing overspending in accordance with Group guidelines, supported by the RDVM Analyst and guided by the Head of VM.

  • Deep understanding of the brand and its commercial priorities
  • Creative mindset with design tool proficiency (SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze competitors’ achievements
  • Passion for beauty and strong aesthetic sense
