Main Responsibilities

1. Support Visual Presentation Manager in planning store spaces to a premium standard for each season.
2. Hands-on execution of seasonal transitions and campaigns ensuring flawless execution and high standards.
3. Implement programs and directives, including best practice principles, and deliver training to store retail teams.
4. Share store best practice examples and support seasonal reviews to encourage learning.
5. Compare weekly figures for commercial changes.
6. Conduct regular commercial and marketplace research.
7. Analyze category figures and make commercial decisions based on findings.
8. Partner with leadership to identify potential gaps and shortages in assortment.
