Nike Manchester (Arndale Centre) is looking for a full-time Visual Merchandising Athlete to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:

Main Responsibilities

• Support Visual Presentation Manager in planning store spaces to a premium standard for each season.
• Execute seasonal transitions and campaigns ensuring flawless delivery and high standards.
• Implement programs and directives, including best practice principles, and deliver training to store retail teams.
• Share store best practices and support seasonal reviews to encourage learning.
• Compare weekly figures for commercial changes.
• Conduct regular commercial and marketplace research.
• Analyze category figures and make commercial decisions based on findings.
• Partner with leadership to identify potential gaps and shortages in assortment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative team player
• Ability to apply product sales techniques
• Flexible scheduling, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs

Availability

• 40 hours per week
• Availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
