Are you a creative retail professional with a passion for plants and visual storytelling? The Nunhead Gardener is on the lookout for a talented Visual Merchandiser to lead the design of our stunning in-store displays from our Nunhead base, supporting our stores across southeast London and Mayfair.

We’re a fast-growing, independent, family-run business known for legendary displays, a carefully curated product range, and a strong sense of community. Now, we’re looking for someone to take our visual merchandising to the next level.

In this role, you’ll:

Be responsible for the visual merchandising for our flagship store in Nunhead
Create seasonal, inspiring displays that drive footfall and sales
Work closely with the buying and management team
Train staff in VM standards and help maintain our unique brand look

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven creative VM experience in a retail setting
Is hands-on, independent, and full of ideas
Loves plants, people, and design
Is detail-driven, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
