Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company, is seeking experienced Visual Merchandiser/Store Designer to help design retail environments, pop-ups and immersive brand experiences for enterprise partners.

The role involves creating 2D/3D renderings, floor plans and elevations, coordinating with brand teams, vendors and store operations to deliver design concepts from concept through rollout, with attention to budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing retail environments, pop-ups and immersive brand experiences.
• Ability to create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations and layouts.
• Collaborate with brand, global store design, construction and vendors.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, budgets and regulatory requirements.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and development documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication and VM teams.

Responsibilities

• Design retail environments and planograms for stores and pop-ups.
• Create CAD drawings, technical schematics and production-ready docs.
• Collaborate with store design, creative and retail teams on rollouts.
• Coordinate vendor kits, props, signage and merchandising assets.
• Oversee rollout timelines, budgets and installation accuracy.
