& OTHER STORIES is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to shape an engaging in-store journey at our Liverpool location. This full-time, temporary role (39 hours/week) supports a 10-month contract, blending aesthetics with commercial goals to elevate the collection.

You will guide styling, interpret sales data for visual strategy, and deliver impactful displays while mentoring the team to uphold high standards and a cohesive brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through expert styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpreting sales data and customer insights to inform the store’s visual direction.
• Designing and installing impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Styling mannequins and creating outfit combinations to inspire purchasing decisions.
• Merchandising the shop floor in line with brand guidelines for a cohesive presentation.
• Supporting the sales team in daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Setting and maintaining high visual merchandising standards; training team members for consistency.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring all visual elements contribute to a memorable journey.
