This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based at H&M Regent Street, Central London.

As a Visual Merchandiser – Deco, you will collaborate with VMs and the store team to create and execute inspiring customer experiences through window displays and styling within our flagship store.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and executing inspiring customer experiences through window displays and styling.
• Implementing the long-term omni-channel strategy in collaboration with VM specialists and the store team.
• Maximising sales and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Providing fashion knowledge and training tools to support product presentation.
• Attracting, developing, and nurturing future talents.

• Experience in visual merchandising and management.

Availability to work fully flexible 7 days a week, including weekends.
