As our Visual Merchandiser, you will create stunning visual presentations for the village and our brand partners, delivering innovative and engaging campaigns that captivate our guests.

You will enhance brand identity and authenticity, collaborating with partners to achieve visual excellence in window and floor merchandising. Your creative touch will surprise and delight guests with compelling in-village touchpoints.

About the role

• Coordinate actions based on the Village retail and marketing calendar.
• Support merchandising actions and installations.
• Research trends and seasonal ideas to boost customer interest and sales.
• Analyze visual presentation impacts on sales and seek new trends.
• Train store managers to maintain visual standards with clear guidelines.
• Provide thorough sales analysis to Retail and Group Merchandising Directors.

Role requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or fashion styling.
• Excellent window dressing and styling skills, with a keen eye for trends.
• Strong project management skills, with end-to-end project experience.
• Creative mindset with confidence to introduce innovative ideas.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
