Job summary

R/GA EMEA in London is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to define concepts, build design systems, and lead the delivery of visual artefacts across projects. You’ll translate client challenges into intuitive, award‑worthy visuals while balancing craft with systems thinking.

Excellent attention to detail when creating design artifacts and assets.
Deep experience designing UIs/UX for responsive websites, products, and mobile.

Responsibilities

Create best-in-class design outputs meeting R/GA's standards of craft and innovation.
Design UI, design systems, layouts, brand identity, iconography, and presentation narratives.
Collaborate with strategy, experience design, and technology teams to translate ideas into tangible outcomes.
Partner with Creative Directors to define creative direction and execute the design vision.
Integrate AI and emerging tools into the design process to enhance creativity and execution.
Mentor and guide Designers and Junior Designers, elevating team craft.
