Job summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking a Visual Content Creator to produce exceptional photography, video, and multimedia assets that elevate the PACE brand across our website, campaigns, and channels. You will report to the Content Manager within a collaborative marketing team and translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.

You’ll drive visuals that align with brand standards, working with Copywriter and Content Editor, and exploring AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience translating briefs into visual assets for campaigns and channels.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality photography and video content.
• Knowledge of visual identity systems and applying brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creation of photography and video content, from concept to shooting and editing.
• Plan and deliver content for multiple channels aligned to briefs and campaign objectives.
• Lead the adoption of AI-supported design tools and establish best practices.
• Plan and capture authentic stories with students, alumni, academics, and internal teams.
• Lead organisation and optimisation of digital asset management, including storage and version control.
