Job summary

Brand Recruitment represents an international sports and leisure brand seeking a Content Creator to shape visual storytelling across campaigns and channels. You will plan, shoot and edit video and photography, working closely with marketing and creative teams, with occasional travel worldwide.

Based in Hertfordshire with predominantly office-based work, there is flexibility for remote working following probation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a content creation or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical ability.
• Experience producing content for digital marketing and social media.
• Confident using professional camera, lighting and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of video editing, colour grading, sound and motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Sitting at the heart of the marketing function, this Content Creator role offers real ownership of content creation across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, capturing and producing compelling video and photography that supports campaigns, product launches and wider brand storytelling. Working closely with marketing and creative teams, you will bring ideas to life through visually engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

From concept through to final delivery, you will manage the full content production process, ensuring all output is delivered to a consistently high standard and aligned with brand objectives.

Due to the location, this position is commutable from Bishops Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Great Dunmow, Harlow, Thaxted, Saffron Walden, Braintree and Chelmsford. A UK driving licence is required due to occasional travel.
