Job summary

The Royal Academy is seeking enthusiastic Visitor Management & Welcome Hosts to be the first and last impression for visitors. You will greet guests, assist with information, ticket/card scanning, and help manage cloakrooms and access routes.

This part-time fixed-term role is 18 hours per week for 6 months, with a two-week rotation schedule. You will deliver a warm, proactive service to a diverse audience and support the RA’s welcoming story.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and a warm, proactive manner.
• Ability to engage with a high volume of visitors and provide clear information.
• Adaptable, friendly, and helpful in a dynamic arts environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide information throughout their visit.
• Assist with ticket scanning, directions, and cloakroom guidance.
• Support front-of-house operations and restaurant areas as needed.
