Part Time (Fixed Term for 6 months - but will be subject to review)

Are you passionate about visitor experience?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and positive individual to join us at the forefront of delivering our new video game experience for visitors to Thinktank.

The right person will enjoy enriching the visitor experience by:

1. Having a keen interest in the history and development of video games and encouraging others to experience them.
2. Providing high standards of customer care to enhance visitor experience and achieve sales targets.
3. Delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
4. Assisting visitors with queries in a prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly manner.

You'll need to be confident with great verbal communication skills to excel in the roles we have available.

Our successful candidate will be welcoming, have an aptitude for sales, be calm under pressure, and take real pleasure in engaging with visitors as they experience this new video game area. You will also be the sort of person who is keen to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into whatever task you are set.
