This appointment will lead us into a new chapter, building on our strong story and continuing the journey. We seek an inspirational, values-led leader with strategic vision, outstanding teaching leadership, and the ability to develop staff, strengthen relationships with children, parents, governors and the wider community, while securing inclusion and safeguarding
