Job summary

St Andrew's CofE Methodist (Aided) Primary School invites applications for a Headteacher post to begin Easter 2027. ISR:L12–L18, NoR 192.

The successful candidate will lead the school in a values-led, Christian ethos and drive high-quality teaching and curriculum development. We seek an inspirational, strategic leader who can develop staff, cultivate strong relationships with children and families, and work with the Church and community.

Qualifications

• Evidence of inspirational, values-led leadership in a Christian ethos.
• Experience as a strategic leader with vision to build on strengths.
• Strong understanding of teaching, learning and curriculum development.
• Able to build relationships with children, staff, parents and the community.

Due to the retirement of our Headteacherwe are looking for a new Headteacher to take us in to our new chapter, to buildon the strength of our school story so far and to continue our journey.
