Job summary

Bigblue is seeking a Creative Director for its London-based Office Interiors practice. The role leads the creative direction from concept through delivery on high-profile workplace projects, shaping the studio's identity and ensuring innovative, commercially aware design outcomes.

The candidate will mentor the design team, drive pitches to senior clients, and collaborate closely with leadership to set design standards and project narratives.

Qualifications

• Strong interior design experience in office interiors, not graphic design.
• Experience leading pitches and presenting concepts to senior clients.
• Ability to develop a clear creative vision and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative leadership across major commercial workplace projects.
• Set and maintain high design standards across the studio.
• Lead the creative direction of pitches, competitions and client presentations.
• Develop compelling workplace concepts aligned with client brands and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to translate ambitions into design narratives.
• Mentor interior designers and senior team members.
• Encourage design innovation and ensure buildability within programme and budget.
• Work with cross-functional teams including technical, pre-construction and delivery.
