Job summary

Hanover Scotland is seeking a Chief Executive to lead a major housing and services organisation for older people across Scotland. You will work with the Board to shape strategy, ensure financial resilience and deliver high-quality outcomes for residents nationwide.

You will bring proven senior leadership in a regulated, customer-focused sector, with strong political awareness and a track record of strategic transformation and collaboration with public sector partners.

Qualifications
