Job summary

The Peak Academy in Dursley seeks an Assistant Headteacher - Curriculum to shape the SEMH curriculum and lead teaching development within a forward-thinking trust. You will work with the Head of School and leadership team to inspire learning and strategic growth in a specialist provision.

As a senior leader, you will develop inclusive teaching practices, collaborate with families and external agencies, and uphold safeguarding culture while ensuring aspirational outcomes for pupils with SEMH

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead SEMH-focused curriculum development.
• Experience as a senior leader within a school or trust.
• Ability to inspire staff, pupils and external partners.
