Job summary

Vision Express Ryde Tesco Store is seeking a Store Manager to lead a small, close-knit team and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our premium eyewear outlet in Ryde. You'll be responsible for coaching staff, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality and optical backgrounds, with training and development provided to help you succeed as a Store Manager in a leading optical retailer and med-tech business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to achieving results.
• The ability to coach, support and motivate others.
• Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
