Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation offers a 12-month Key Account Support Intern position in Vision Care. You will work with National and Key Account Managers to drive profitable sales growth of ACUVUE Contact Lenses and ensure execution of agreed activities.

You will gain hands-on experience across projects, coordinate with internal teams, and support customer reporting and insights, while learning from experienced professionals in a global healthcare company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of degree level study completed.
• A minimum of 2:1 achieved in first year of study.
• Business related, marketing and digital degree types preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Key Account Managers to support Joint Business Plans.
• Coordinate Head Office activities within Key Accounts.
• Monitor Customer Trade Investment alongside Trade Marketing.
• Communicate with Field Team, Account Managers and Area Sales Managers.
• Serve as a key contact for internal functions including supply chain, customer service and admin.
• Support customer-specific reporting and insights.
• Assist internal insight reports with category updates, pricing trackers and competitor reports.
• Collaborate with Contact Lens Customer Activation Team to identify growth opportunities.
