Job summary

Faria Education Group seeks a Technical Training Facilitator to lead live, virtual-first training across three software products for client schools. You’ll run hands-on workshops with an I do, we do, you do approach, adjust in real-time, and help build self-serve asynchronous courses.

You’ll tailor content for diverse audiences, provide actionable post-session follow-ups, and identify opportunities for further learning and product adoption, traveling up to 10–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience facilitating live workshops and interactive training in a virtual environment.
• Strong instinct for interactive teaching using practical frameworks over scripts.
• High virtual presence and active listening, adjusting pace from audience feedback.

Responsibilities

• Live facilitation: deliver engaging, virtual-first training across three products.
• Interactive workshops using an I do, we do, you do framework.
• Read room dynamics and adjust pacing in real-time.
• Tailor training materials into customized learning experiences.
• Provide targeted post-session follow-ups and resources with next steps.
• Identify opportunities for additional products or services during sessions.
• Create self-paced asynchronous courses from live insights.
• Collaborate with regional peers and Educational Services for alignment.
