Faria Education Group seeks a Technical Training Facilitator to lead live, virtual-first training across three software products for client schools. You’ll run hands-on workshops with an I do, we do, you do approach, adjust in real-time, and help build self-serve asynchronous courses.

You’ll tailor content for diverse audiences, provide actionable post-session follow-ups, and identify opportunities for further learning and product adoption, traveling up to 10–20% as needed.

Job description

As a Technical Training Facilitator, you will lead live, virtual-first training across three core software products, spending roughly 85% of your time delivering interactive workshops to client schools.

Rather than walking through generic feature demonstrations, you will run true hands-on workshops using an "I do, we do, you do" approach so participants leave feeling confident and capable. You will read the room in real-time to adjust pacing and content dynamically, providing targeted follow-up to ensure every session serves as an exceptional first impression that drives long-term engagement. Additionally, you will help develop self-serve asynchronous training courses based on insights gathered from live sessions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Live Facilitation: Spend the majority of your time (approx. 85%) delivering engaging, virtual-first technical training sessions and workshops across three assigned products.
• Interactive Workshops: Conduct true hands-on workshops using an "I do, we do, you do" framework rather than standard product walkthroughs.
• Real-Time Adaptation: Read virtual room dynamics, including chat, energy, and questions, to dynamically adjust session pacing and delivery on the fly.
• Tailored Engagement: Adapt core training materials into customized learning experiences that fit the specific audience without losing essential structure.
• Actionable Follow-Up: Provide targeted post-session follow-ups, resources, and next steps based on specific attendee questions and identified learning gaps.
• Opportunity Identification: Flag organic opportunities for client schools to benefit from additional products, services, or professional learning as part of session follow-up.
• Asynchronous Content Creation: Contribute to self-serve course platforms by transforming live session insights into self-paced online courses.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with regional peers and the broader Educational Services team to ensure training connects seamlessly with overall client learning journeys.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience facilitating live workshops and interactive training in a virtual environment.
• Strong instinct for interactive teaching ("I do, we do, you do") rather than relying on fixed scripts.
• High virtual presence and active listening skills, with the ability to adjust pace based on audience feedback and dynamics.
• Ability to quickly master three core software products and translate features into practical workflows.
• Calmness and adaptability under pressure when navigating technical hiccups or unexpected questions.
• Detail-oriented follow-through to transform session notes into tailored client recaps and next steps.
• Ability to translate live training experiences into self-paced asynchronous course content.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite client sessions or company events (approx. 10–20% travel annually).

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience delivering software or professional training specifically within K-12 or international school environments.
• Familiarity with additional product areas or educational tech ecosystems.
• Experience building or editing content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) or asynchronous learning platforms (e.g., Thinkific).
• Proficiency in an additional language relevant to your region.
