Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Virtual Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The role is remote (work from home). Salary: $4,700 – $6,700 per month (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract suitable candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews via video conferencing tools.
  • Create and post job ads on career websites, newspapers, and university boards.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for roles.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications.
  • Manage the hiring paperwork.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruiting activity.
  • Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention.
