Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Virtual Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The role is remote (work from home). Salary: $4,700 – $6,700 per month (based on experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract suitable candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews via video conferencing tools.
- Create and post job ads on career websites, newspapers, and university boards.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for roles.
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Manage the hiring paperwork.
- Prepare regular reports on recruiting activity.
- Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Implement strategies to improve employee retention.

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or staffing agency).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant certification.
