The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within the rapidly evolving oncology sector. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. This includes engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, identifying key clinical formulary champions, and securing access for the product.
The role primarily involves making calls over the telephone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
We are looking for proven experience in hospital sales, preferably in oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Experience in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer or medicines management decisions, with a good understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows, is desirable. If you have pharmaceutical sales experience and are adept at remote selling, we want to hear from you. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are highly valued.
