Qualification

Essential criteria

• NMC Registration - Registered 1st level nurse or HCPC Paramedic Registration
• Recent external CPD, post-qualification

Desirable criteria

• Specialist courses appropriate to Primary care e.g. CHD, Diabetes, Respiratory conditions, minor illness and minor injury.
• Complex Case Management (LTC) qualification or experience
• Relevant postgraduate study at masters level
• Unwell Adult Clinical Skills Qualification
• Minor Illness Qualification
• External Leadership Qualification

Experience / Knowledge

Essential criteria

• Evidence of relevant experience working in a health care setting at senior clinical level
• Diagnostic skills qualification or appropriate experience
• Demonstrable experience of line management

Desirable criteria

• Experience in recording patient-related information electronically and in written form, in both office and home settings
• Experience working with community development initiatives
• Knowledge of change management tools and ability to influence and implement change
• Experience of using SystmOne
