As an individual you will be a member of the Church of England; you will be able to provide a welcoming, caring and compassionate approach when dealing with all visitors, regardless of their reason for visiting the Cathedral; you will be reliable and calm under pressure with the ability to use your own initiative; you will be flexible in your approach, be able to work collaboratively and have an excellent eye for detail.

Ideally, you will have a basic knowledge of the liturgy of the Church of England and an appreciation of the different worship traditions, as well as experience of how that plays out in a cathedral context.

We offer a salary of £13.52 per hour plus benefits, with an average working week of 24 hours per week delivered to a well-planned roster. You will be excited to work within a team of people delivering excellent as standard 365 days a year and thrive in an environment where that contribution is valued.
