Job summary

McLaren Racing in the United Kingdom is looking for an skilled painter to prepare, paint, vinyl wrap and finish Formula One components, delivering top visual quality without compromising aerodynamic performance.

You will prepare surfaces, mask precisely, apply vinyl wraps, spray paint to design intent across race and show car programmes, finish 3D printed parts, and support safe, high-precision work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-end paint processes (masking, priming, colour finishing) within motorsport or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques and finishing standards.
  • Understanding of composite components and their finishing to F1 aerodynamic and brand standards.
  • Experience in process improvement and continuous development.

Responsibilities
