Job summary

Audley Villages is seeking a Village Housekeeper to provide an exceptional housekeeping service across our village and in owners’ private homes. You’ll maintain communal areas, prepare guest suites, and support laundry services while respecting owners’ privacy and preferences.

Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous. You’ll work kindly, reliably and be comfortable building relationships with owners, with full training provided for the role.

Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping, domestic cleaning, hospitality or similar environment is advantageous
Flexible and willing to support different areas of housekeeping across the village
Friendly, approachable and able to build relationships with owners

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain communal areas to an exceptional standard
Provide housekeeping in owners' private homes: cleaning, linen, general tasks
Prepare and clean guest suites for arriving guests
Support laundry: washing, drying, ironing and folding
Replenish supplies and store cleaning equipment safely
Identify and report maintenance issues or hazards
Respect owners' homes, belongings, privacy and preferences
