Audley Villages is seeking a Village Housekeeper to provide an exceptional housekeeping service across the village as well as within owners’ private homes, ensuring high standards in communal areas and guest suites.

You will manage cleaning, laundry tasks, bed linen changes and supply replenishment, while respecting owners’ privacy and collaborating with the village team to maintain a welcoming environment for owners and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, domestic cleaning, hospitality or similar environment preferred.
• Full training provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning and maintaining communal areas throughout the village to an exceptional standard.
• Providing professional housekeeping services within owners’ private homes, including cleaning, changing bed linen and general household tasks.
• Preparing and cleaning guest suites, ensuring they are presented and ready for arriving guests.
• Supporting laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing and folding.
• Replenishing housekeeping supplies and ensuring cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, hazards or damaged equipment.
• Respecting owners’ homes, belongings, privacy and individual preferences at all times.
• Working closely with the wider village team to create a welcoming and exceptional environment for owners and guests.
