Job summary

Audley Villages is seeking a Village Housekeeper to provide an exemplary housekeeping service across the village and in owners' private homes. You will maintain communal spaces, guest suites and support laundry tasks, delivering high standards while respecting owners’ privacy.

Youll work with the wider village team to create a welcoming environment for owners and guests, building relationships and adapting to flexible duties across areas of housekeeping across the village.

Qualifications

• You don't necessarily need to have worked in a retirement village before. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service and takes pride in doing a job well.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, domestic cleaning, hospitality or a similar environment would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining communal areas throughout the village to an exceptional standard.
• Providing professional housekeeping services within owners' private homes, including cleaning, changing bed linen and general household tasks.
• Preparing and cleaning guest suites, ensuring they are beautifully presented and ready for arriving guests.
• Supporting laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing and folding.
• Replenishing housekeeping supplies and ensuring cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, hazards or damaged equipment.
• Respecting owners' homes, belongings, privacy and individual preferences at all times.
• Working closely with the wider village team to create a welcoming and exceptional environment for owners and guests.

We're looking for a Village Housekeeper to join our team, providing an exceptional housekeeping service across the village as well as within our owners' private homes.

The Role

As a Village Housekeeper, you'll help ensure our village always looks and feels its best.

Your role will be varied. One day you might be looking after our beautiful communal spaces and guest suites, and the next providing a housekeeping service within an owner's home.

You'll take pride in the small details, build positive relationships with our owners and deliver the same high standards wherever you are working.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
