Job summary

Right at Home UK is seeking a confident and creative Videographer and Content Creator to join our Chippenham team. This office-based role starts as a three-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend based on project success and performance.

You will film and edit engaging content, adapt for social media, and help build a strong portfolio for an established care-focused business. The role requires a proactive, energetic individual comfortable on camera.

Qualifications

• Confident and outgoing; able to approach people.
• Creative, energetic and full of ideas; comfortable on camera.
• Proactive and willing to pick up the camera and start capturing content.
• Experience or aptitude in filming and editing engaging video content.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to capture interesting and authentic content.
• Film team members and others, ensuring consent.
• Help people feel relaxed, comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Turn conversations and moments into engaging video content.
• Edit raw footage into polished, publishable videos.
• Adapt content for different social platforms and audiences.
• Add captions, graphics, music and branding where appropriate.
• Organise and manage captured footage.
• Work with the wider team from idea through publication.
• Capture plentiful material rather than waiting for perfect moments.
