PeopleBunch and Purple Jay Nurseries seek a talented freelance Videographer Content Creator to take ideas from concept through filming, editing and final delivery. You will produce engaging long-form videos for YouTube and dynamic short-form content for social media across two brands.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Founder to craft video content that builds brand awareness, educates audiences and supports marketing strategy.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and proactive freelance Videographer Content Creator to create high-quality video content for PeopleBunch and Purple Jay Nurseries. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from concept to filming to editing to final delivery and is equally comfortable creating engaging long-form content for YouTube as they are producing short-form content for social media. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Founder to develop video content that builds brand awareness, educates our audiences and supports our wider marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for PB and PJ.
• Create and manage long-form video content, particularly for YouTube.
• Produce engaging short-form video content for Eurostaffs, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Film interviews, webinars, founder-led content, educational videos, customer stories, events and behind-the-scenes content.
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips and social assets.
• Take ownership of the full video production process, from planning and filming through to editing and final delivery.
• Develop creative ideas and suggest new video formats, concepts and ways to increase audience engagement.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Founder to translate marketing objectives into compelling video content.
• Ensure all content is consistent with PB and PJ's brand identity, tone and visual standards.
• Add appropriate captions, graphics, transitions, branding and other elements to videos.
• Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimised for the platform they are intended for.

Essential

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both long-form and short-form video content.
• Experience creating content for YouTube and social media.
• Confident using professional video editing software.
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, sound, pacing and storytelling.
• Able to independently plan and execute shoots.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media video formats and trends.
• Able to take feedback and turn it into a polished final product.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team where priorities can change and people are expected to take ownership.
