Job summary

M+T Group in Worcester is seeking a talented videographer to create compelling story-led content for B2B and B2C audiences. You will shoot on location across the UK and internationally, and work in our studio on pre-recorded and live broadcast projects.

The role requires strong editing in Premiere Pro/After Effects, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with senior creatives. Travel and a full UK driving licence are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with professional cameras (Blackmagic or similar).
• Strong lighting, sound, and location shoots.
• Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A full UK driving licence, valid passport, and willingness to travel.
• Studio experience and live broadcast knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to feedback.

What You’ll Be Doing

Who You Are

You’ll likely have:
