Based in the heart of Manchester (Deansgate), we offer a hybrid working setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote), giving you the best of both worlds – a vibrant creative space with built-in flexibility.

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a talented and driven Videographer to join our content team and help bring our story—and our users’ stories—to life.

As our Videographer, you’ll be responsible for producing compelling video content that engages our audience, builds trust, and elevates our brand. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ideate, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video assets across multiple platforms—from web and social to ads and educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce videos that communicate complex fintech concepts in a simple, engaging way.
• Capture and edit video content for various channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website, paid ads, internal communications, etc.)
• Plan and execute shoots including lighting, camera operation, sound, and direction.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and growth marketing teams to align video content with campaigns and goals.
• Manage video projects from pre-production through post-production, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Organize and maintain video asset library, raw footage, and backups.
• Stay up to date with trends in video production and fintech storytelling.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a videographer, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work—brand storytelling, product explainers, testimonials, social media clips, etc.
• Proficiency with video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio gear.
• Ability to independently manage full video production lifecycle.
• A keen eye for storytelling, composition, pacing, and brand alignment.
• Knowledge of best practices for video across social platforms.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics and animation skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Experience creating video content specifically for fintech or regulated industries.
• Basic graphic design or photography skills.
• Understanding of SEO and performance-driven video optimization.
