Adria Solutions Ltd is helping a Manchester-based client recruit a hands-on Social Content Creator/Manager to own the brand’s social presence. You will drive video-led storytelling, develop ideas, and publish engaging content while exploring AI-driven formats.

The role emphasizes autonomy, initiative, and delivering campaigns across key platforms, with opportunities to experiment and grow the brand’s social footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating engaging social media content, particularly video.
• Strong storytelling and original content idea development.
• Experience growing organic social audiences and managing channels.
• Experience with short-form video, editing and publishing.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the organisation's social media presence and organic content strategy.
• Develop creative content with a strong focus on video and storytelling.
• Take ideas from concept through to production, editing and publishing.
• Create compelling short-form video, social posts and other digital content.
• Develop campaigns that bring products, services and stories to life.
• Identify opportunities for Social PR and trends to generate positive exposure.
• Stay ahead of platforms, formats, trends and best practices.
• Embrace AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency.
• Manage and grow the organisation's organic social presence.
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve content.
• Manage community engagement and respond to audiences.
• Develop and deliver social campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Work independently, managing workload and content calendar.
