Become Recruitment is partnering with a central Manchester agency seeking a Lead Content Creator. Hybrid working, overseeing a Content Executive, with strong videography and editing skills, camera operation and people management.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom is essential. You will create short-form social content and longer-form brand storytelling for diverse channels including web, social, TV ads, campaigns, product content, and events.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring strong videography and editing capabilities.
• Proven ability to oversee and guide a Content Executive.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of short-form and long-form video work.
• Proficiency with Adobe suite and emerging AI content tools.
