You will ideate, brief designers, create assets, and drive campaigns to meet SLAs and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in an agency or 3+ in-house, hands-on video/podcast production, copywriting and analytics skills, and a proactive, autonomous work style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an agency social role or 3+ years in-house.
• Podcast and video production experience.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn.
• Hands-on content creation including video and podcast production.
• Confident copywriting and a data-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with FCA guidelines and financial services context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing organic social media activity across multiple platforms with high output quality.
• Producing engaging content from ideation to briefing designers and copywriters.
• Leading on podcast and video content production from planning to execution.
• Reviewing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting the Head of Social and the team with day-to-day tasks.
• Working to SLAs and KPIs for efficient social activity delivery.
