Job summary

Fresha in London (Old Street) is seeking a skilled Video Editor to bring its product to life through engaging video content. You will own video production from concept to completion, including filming, editing and motion graphics, to help customers understand Fresha’s platform.

You’ll collaborate with Product Education, Product Managers and Marketing to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality content on a fast-growing, global scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in video production or a related field, ideally within an educational or SaaS environment, with strong technical skills across camera, lighting, audio and editing.
• A strong storyteller with an eye for pacing and visual detail, able to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging educational content.
• End-to-End production: pre-production through shooting and post-production, maintaining high quality at every stage.
• Creative vision: a self-starter who champions ideas and responds to feedback.
• Motion graphics and visual design using After Effects or equivalent to enhance video content.
• Strong collaboration and organisation to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Own video projects through full production, creating content that showcases Fresha’s products and stories.
• Creative Development: Turn ideas into engaging video concepts for Fresha Academy and digital platforms.
• Filming & Direction: Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio, directing presenters and contributors.
• Editing: Polish footage into engaging content with strong visuals, sound, and pacing.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create motion graphics and animations to explain complex product info clearly.
• Production & Project Management: Manage schedules and multiple projects, delivering high-quality content on time.
• Collaboration: Work with Product Education, Product Managers and Marketing to tailor content to customers.
• Brand: Maintain Fresha’s visual identity across all videos.
