Video Editor – 6-Month FTC (January Start)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for, or already hold, security clearance

Language: Fluent Russian (spoken and written)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor to join a creative team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January. You’ll work across a range of government-related projects, crafting impactful and culturally aware video content for social and digital channels.

This is a fast-moving environment where sensitivity, accuracy, and professional judgement are essential. You’ll play a key role in shaping polished video output from concept to final delivery.

What You’ll Do

Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content
Create platform-specific edits for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and other social channels
Develop creative solutions to enhance narrative and visual storytelling
Local and adapt content into Russian, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy
Add graphics, titles, supers, subtitles, and sound design where needed
Collaborate with designers, creatives, and project managers to deliver work on brief and to deadline
Maintain high production standards and consistency across all outputs
Contribute ideas to elevate content and streamline workflows

About You

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong digital/social portfolio
Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (essential) and After Effects (preferred)
Confident in editing for social platforms and aware of evolving trends
Experience working on sensitive or government-related communications is advantageous
Strong eye for pacing, narrative flow, and visual detail
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Comfortable working hybrid in London
Must hold security clearance, and be able to show proof
6-month FTC, starting January
