Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd | B Corp™ is hiring a Video Editor / Producer in London. This permanent hybrid role covers video content across paid social, organic channels and brand campaigns for a fast-growing beauty brand in West London.

You’ll craft platform-first videos for Meta and TikTok, from UGC-style ads to launch campaigns, using Premiere Pro, After Effects and Creative Cloud, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and measurable results.

Qualificações

• Strong portfolio of social-first video content for Meta/TikTok.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Creative Cloud.
• Experience creating UGC and platform-native content.

The Role

As Video Editor / Producer, you'll create platform-first content for Meta and TikTok, producing everything from UGC-style ads to launch campaign videos. With a strong focus on performance marketing, your work will directly impact engagement, conversions, and revenue.

What You'll Bring

• Strong portfolio of social-first video content, especially for Meta and TikTok
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Cloud
• Experience creating UGC and platform-native content
• Familiarity with AI tools such as HeyGen or ArcAds (desirable)
• Ability to use performance data to optimise creative output
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or retail, with a genuine passion for the industry
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
