So Incredible is a boutique, digital-first Influencer Talent Management Agency and Content Production Studio. With our own in-house studio and video team, we work with some of the UK’s top creators and global brands.

About the role

We’re looking for a full-time, in-house Video Editor to join our team in Hackney. You’ll edit a wide range of content - from social campaigns and original IP to creator-led clips and longer-form sketches.

You’ll work closely with our Talent and Production team to shape the Studios visual output and help bring bold ideas to life. This is a full-time role for a proven editor ready to grow into format development, storytelling and creator campaigns, with a strong team to learn alongside.

You’ll be working from our in-house studio with all editing equipment and software provided.

What you’ll do

• Edit long and short form videos in landscape and portrait for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Work from rushes through to polished final deliverables with multiple variations and clips
• Shape edits with a strong sense of pacing, tone, narrative, and focus on audience retention and engagement
• Collaborate with Talent Managers to adapt content to each creator’s voice
• Apply LUTs, filters, and basic audio treatment to ensure consistency
• Add light-touch motion graphics and support finishing touches when needed
• Receive and apply feedback in-person and via tools like Frame.io or Dropbox Replay
• Support shoot prep, file wrangling, and general post-production workflow
• Work closely with videographers and the wider Studios team

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; must be confident with keyboard shortcuts and most features likeLumetri, Multicam, Essential Graphics
• Seasoned in an Apple Mac editing environment
• Confident with CapCut (or ready to learn from week one)
• Familiar with After Effects and keen to develop further
• Open to experimenting with new AI tools, VFX plug-ins and workflows
• Solid grasp of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels and other social-first formats
• Comfortable working fast, iterating often, and handling evolving briefs
• Highly organised and solution-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects
• At least 2 years' professional experience in a relevant in-office editing role

Employer pension contributions up to 7% with NEST (after 3 months)

22 Days Annual Leave (Excluding bank holidays)
