Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist on a remote, worldwide contractor basis. You will contribute across graphic design, video editing, UI/UX, motion graphics, and AI data evaluation to support customer projects.

You will review AI-generated outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine workflows and design processes. Strong English skills and independence in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or related fields.
• Verified, paid AI human-data work experience required.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using the listed tools.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI outputs.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
